Yang Se Jong Dating Status 2023: ‘Doona’ Star Reveals Kind of Person He Falls For
Yang Se Jong is currently among the most talked-about K-drama actors after landing the lead role in Netflix's "Doona."
Taking on the role of engineering student Lee Won Joon, the 30-year-old actor captivates viewers with his effortless charm and biy next door looks as he teams up with Bae Suzy.

In his interview with Elle Korea, Yang Se Jong briefly talked about his personal life.
Although he didn't say if he was currently dating or seeing someone special, the actor was asked about his ideal type.

According to him, it's all about substance, and the way they communicate and mesh well together is one of the key factors that he looks for in a woman.
"Even if we're simply speaking about unimportant things, I sometimes come to think, 'Oh, this is weird. Why is our conversation flowing so greatly?' That's when I fall for them," he said, as obtained by SBS Star, adding, "I think it's when I can emotionally relate to them."
Interestingly, there were no records of Yang Se Jong's past relationships, so this means that he is a very private person or doesn't prioritize relationships at the moment.
Yang Se Jong's Working Relationship with Bae Suzy
"Doona" is Yang Se Jong's first project after completing his military service.
Besides it, this is also his first time working with Bae Suzy and director Lee Jeong Hyo, who also helmed "Crash Landing on You" and "Romance is a Bonus Book."
Other than the amazing plot and heartfelt story of Lee Doona and Lee Won Joon, viewers were drawn to the duo's on-screen chemistry.
In the same interview, Yang Se Jong dishes on his working relationship with his co-stars, especially Bae Suzy.
"With all the actors I've ever worked with, I would almost always get these hard-to-explain complicated feelings while acting my part with them," he said, adding, "But I would usually just ignore those feelings, because I feel like I would go too far off from the script if I expressed them."
