Han So Hee, Park Seo Joon Team Up to Unveil the Secrets in Netflix’s ‘Gyeongseong Creature’

As we get closer to the much-awaited premiere, Netflix drops another trailer showcasing Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon's team-up to uncover the secrets in "Gyeongseong Creature."

Han So Hee, Park Seo Joon Become Allies in 'Gyeongseong Creature'

Helmed by "Hot Stove League" and "It's Okay Not To Be Okay" director Jung Dong Yoon, along with screenwriter Kang Eun Kyung of "Where the Stars Land" and "Dr. Romantic" trilogy, the upcoming K-drama is a two-part action-thriller series set in the dark times of spring 1945.

In the new trailer, the connection between Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon's characters is shown.

Taking on the role of hotshot entrepreneur and information broker, viewers will witness Park Seo Joon's dashing looks as he plays as Gyeongseong native Jang Tae Sang.

He accidentally meets Yoon Chae Ok, played by Han So Hee, who has skills in finding a missing person. She tells Jang Tae Sang that she is looking for someone.

With Yoon Chae Ok finding out about him being an information broker, she spills the details regarding the mystery behind the Ongseong Hospital.

"The basement there is really suspicious," she said.

In the teaser, Netflix gave a sneak peek at the action and story of how the duo faces and uncovers the horrors hidden behind Ongseong Hospital.

Other than Han So Hee and Park Seo Joon, the Gyeongseong Creature" cast includes Claudia Kim, Jo Han Chul, Kim Hae Sook, and Wi Ha Joon.

Viewers will also see familiar faces, including "Under the Queen's Umbrella" actress Woo Jeong Won, who takes on the role of Jang Tae Sang's mom,

With this, Netflix officially premieres the first part of "Gyeongseong Creature" on December 22, while the second part will be released on January 5.

On the other hand, the director and screenwriter gave viewers what to expect in the upcoming series. As mentioned by a news outlet, director Jung Dong Yoon purposely set the series in spring of 1945 to create a mind-boggling question among the viewers on "which side each character should take."

Kang Eun Kyung also spoke about looking for the "difference between good and evil."

As for lead star Han So Hee, she pointed out that the "script makes [viewers] curious about the start of the story."
