Actress Go Min Si has stirred online debate when a fan recently claimed to be blocked by the Sweet Home star on Instagram, and people have divided reactions as to whose fault it was.

In August 2025, Go Min Si finally spoke up on social media to address the allegations of school bullying. However, it had been some time since her clarification post was released, and her inactivity raised concerns about her whereabouts from followers.

According to Koreaboo, the actress surprised fans on November 3, 2025, as she posted for the first time in months through her Instagram. While there were no photos of herself or captions, fans got excited and poured messages of support, saying how they missed her.

However, it wasn't long before one fan claimed Go Min Si blocked them after leaving what seemed like an innocent question underneath the post. The fan's viral screenshot on theqoo shows the actress's account displaying "no posts to show," a telltale sign of being blocked.

In a statement shared online, the fan explained their side of the story.

"I saw that Go Min Si had just uploaded a photo of flowers on her Instagram and it made me think if she won her case. So I left a comment asking, 'Unnie, did the investigation go well?' ... But I guess my question felt like I was trying to start sh*t with her? It does look like I got blocked, right?"

After the post, Go Min Si's action raised debate amongst Korean netizens. Some said that she was "too sensitive," while others defended her right to control her account freely.

One commenter wrote on theqoo, "They might not have been a full-fledged fan, but it looks like they were supportive of her in general. Did she really have to go as far as blocking them?"

Meanwhile, others found the comment by the fan inappropriate. "If the verdict had come out, everyone would already know. What kind of 'fan' brings up such a sensitive issue first? That's definitely not a real fan."

The public was split on the incident. Some viewed the actress's action as protective against social media criticism, while others felt it was disrespectful and dismissive of her fanbase. As of this writing, neither Go Min Si nor her management have offered a response to the claimed blocking.
