Lee Hae-in, the South Korean actress and YouTuber, became the owner of a building worth 4 billion won ($3.1 million) and has reached another milestone in her career by fusing music and viral online content with traditional acting.

She is known for both her early persona "Rollco doe" and provocative YouTube piano performances; thus, this latest achievement is drawing renewed public attention.
According to Chosun Biz, Lee Hae-in, who started her career as a CF model in 2005 and appeared in dramas such as Hit, "Five Fingers," and "The Witch's Castle," first gained widespread recognition on the variety show Rollercoaster. Nicknamed the "Rollco doe" for her pure and mysterious visuals, she also debuted as a singer in the group Gang Kids back in 2012.
Personal challenges: Lee once told in an interview that she fell prey to a voice phishing scam in 2015 through which she lost 50 million won (34,183 USD), which she had gathered over ten years. She said, "hey said it was the first time in the history of voice phishing that it was resolved."
After renaming herself Easy, and I'm Iji, Lee used her piano major at university as a springboard to create a YouTube channel, on which she uploaded vlogs and videos of herself playing.

She introduced her video content neutrally but went on to court controversy: she said, "I finally became the owner of a 4 billion won building," describing the purchase process on her channel Lee Hae-in 36.5."
Lee reflected further in a neutral tone of voice: "We hang on to the tasks we must do to get through busy modern life... Days sometimes end without properly taking care of ourselves. Am I living well right now?" Chosun Biz added that these remarks seemed to be in tune with her audience, emphasizing the balance between ambition and personal reflection.
SportsChosun underlined that Lee described the purchase of the building as "marriage," and she titled her video "I married a 4 billion won asset owner." She jokingly noted, "After tidying up the details, I brought the contract now," drawing laughter from many in the audience.
Lee's narrative is representative of how entertainment, social influence, and financial entrepreneurship are increasingly lacking differentiation. However, from her success on YouTube to turning it into something real, Lee has become perhaps the clearest example of just how much digital real estate can shape career paths and wealth.
