'My cherished first kiss with Kim Soo Hyun was satisfying'
On the 12th, at the production briefing of the movie 'The Thieves' (Director Choi Dong Hoon) actress Jun Ji Hyun shared her feelings about the kiss scene with her co actor Kim Soo Hyun.
In the movie 'The Thieves', Jun Ji Hyun who portrays the charming Yenny Cole, receives the love from the thieves team's youngest member Champano(Kim Soo Hyun). Recently the kiss scene of the two actors that was shown in the preview has become a hot issue.
Jun Ji Hyun stated "The director before we started the scene told us whether I give the okay or the cut we're going to shoot this scene more than ten times. So I thought to myself, 'what am I supposed to do? Even if we do well, or not do well.' It caused a big psychological stress."
She also went on to state "All the actors get nervous when they are about to shoot a scene like this. And it was my first time acting with a younger male actor and also my first time doing a kiss scene within Korea."
Jun Ji Hyun revealed "I was very satisfied that I got to do it with Kim Soo Hyun. He's also younger. I was satisfied that my first kiss scene was with him."
She went on to reveal "I asked Kim Soo Hyun, is this your first time too? And he said no. I felt like I was in the losing situation but it was fun!"
The movie 'The Thieves' is a story about the 10 thieves Macao Park(Kim Yoon Suk) gathers to steal the notorious Diamond 'Suns Tear.' The actors list consists of Kim Yoon Suk, Kim Hye Soo, Lee Jung Jae, Jun Ji Hyun, Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Hae Sook. It is to be released on July 25, 2012.
