Song Seung Hoon Is Dating Former Co-Star Liu Yifei

Song Seung Hoon's agency, Better Entertainment, has confirmed that the actor is dating Chinese actress Liu Yifei.

Song's agency confirmed the relationship after Chinese media reported that the former co-stars were seen together on multiple occasions. They were photographed at the actress' vacation home in Shanghai.

"After checking with Song Seung Heon, it′s true he has carefully begun seeing Liu Yifei with good intentions."

The agency told the Korean media outlet Newsen that the actors have not been able to see each other much since they co-starred in the Korean-Chinese film "The Third Way Of Love." They did walk the red carpet together in June at the Shanghai International Film Festival.

"Although they haven′t been able to see each other often since filming wrapped, they confirmed their feelings and are seeing each other."

Some newspapers reported that the Song Seung Hoon had already met with Liu Yifei's parents, but the agency denied these reports. 

"As reported by the Chinese media outlet, they have not met each other′s parents or discussed marriage. As they are just starting out, they are being cautious. Please look on them favorably."

Song, 39, and Liu Yifei, 28, played lovers in the film "The Third Way of Love," which is based on a bestselling Chinese novel of the same name. In the film she plays a beautiful and idealistic lawyer. When her sister, played by miss A's Jia, attempts suicide, Liu's character quits her job and takes over her sister's corporate job. That's when she meets the heir Lin Qizheng, played by Song. He's about to enter into an arranged marriage with a wealthy girl. They argue but fall in love. Lee Jae Han, who directed "A Moment To Remember" and "Into The Fire" directed "The Third Way of Love."

Song Seung Hoon is currently promoting his film "Wonderful Nightmare" with co-star Uhm Jung Hwa. He last appeared on the small screen in the drama "When A Man Loves" and is currently considering a role in the upcoming historical drama "Saimdang: The Herstory" with veteran actress Lee Young Ae.

Liu Yifei, also known as Crystal Liu, is working on the film "La Paon De Nuit." The popular Chinese actress and singer has made more than a dozen films and a half dozen dramas.
