"Accomplice" is Son Ye Jin's first movie since "Tower" in 2012. In terms of recent works, "Accomplice" is a next work after drama "Shark" of this year. She's filmed one movie every year since her debut.

"Accomplice" is a movie based on a cruel premise of, "What if there's a criminal in my own family?"

Da Eun, a character whom Son Ye Jin plays, hears her father Soon Man (Kim Gap Soo)'s voice wen hearing the voice of the suspect, and tracks down her father's past.

"Even before the doubts on her father, Da Eun wanted to be a journalist. She observes her father's actions. For me, it was challenging to portray Da Eun who feels hurt and difficult after doubting her father whom she had loved so much. I think it would have been so difficult if this were a real live scenario," Son Ye Jin said.

"Accomplice" is a story of Da Eun, who suspects her own father as a criminal behind the kidnapping crime that received the public's attention right before the expiration of its status of limitations. "Accomplice" premiers on October 26, 2013.
