EXID Hani Signs Contract for A New Agency

Idol turned actress Ahn Hee Yeon who is popularly known as Hani is confirmed to sign for her new agency.

The idol-singer hoped that she will be able to build a good relationship with the company as well as she can be able to start her new journey as she focuses on her future activities not only as an idol but as well as an actress.

Recently, the actress is confirmed to be having her debut drama in which, she will going to be the female main lead. Also, she will be debuting as an actress using her real name, Ahn Hee Yeon. She decided to use her legal name to be able to start a new career not as the idol Hani, but as the actress Hee Yeon. 

Furthermore, Hani's first debut drama has a working title called, "The Adults Don't Know" which is a web drama and will be going to be divided into episodes, which will appear like a short film or movie. It is still not confirmed whether it will going to be released soon, but it was expected to have the premier in the last month of this year or next year.

Meanwhile, Hani is a famous member of the Korean girl group, EXID, which is one of the groups that paved the way for Kpop to be able to be recognized in the Kpop World. Their popular songs include "Up and Down" and "I Love You".

The group debuted in 2012 under Banana Culture Entertainment, and this year, Hani and Junghwa left the agency, though, Banana Culture clarified that the group will not be disbanding, but rather, they will be going to take their paths as a challenge to reach their goals. The group recently had a comeback last May before going to a hiatus. Though, fans and supporters of the idols considered this as a piece of great news, for this serves as their light to see the group performing again on a stage together.

On the other hand, Hani appeared in some Korean drama and film, such as "The Producers" and the film, "Run-off". Fans and viewers were already excited to see her feature her acting abilities through an upcoming project.
