Yoon Shi-Yoon is Playing a Psychopathic Serial Killer + Loser

Yoon Shi-Yoon talked about his character at the production presentation of tvN's new drama "Psychopath Diary" at the Imperial Palace Hotel in Seoul on Wednesday afternoon, November 13. 

He plays Yook Dong-Sik who was accused as the alleged psychopath after he picked up the diary of the real serial killer. 

Yoon was asked how he prepared for the role and he answered, "There were already good actors who played a psychopath perfectly. I found references from them. The unique part of my role is that he is both silly and foolish. I was thinking about how to mix them up."

He jokingly added, "but people around me told me that I was very good at playing a fool. I am shooting my work now with lots of support from people around me."

The drama will show the process of changing a weak and timid person into a predator of the world after picking up the serial killer's diary. The drama will bring both laughter and tension to the viewers.

tvN's new drama "Psychopath Diary" will air on Wednesday, November 20 for the first time.
