It is said that she will be using the basement floor and the first six floors for the public, and the 7th and 8th floors are going to be a private place for Ha Ji won.

We all know that Seongsu-dong is one of the most prospective areas in Seoul when it comes to property investments, so it's given that the building price will increase or even double its value in the future.

Congratulations to Ha Jiwon for her new investment!
