Han Hyo Joo Reportedly Earned USD 2.1 Million after Selling a Property
It seems like "The Beauty Inside" actress Han Hyo Joo made a great deal by selling one of her properties. She just made such a wise move!
On Jan. 19, reports were released that the actress recently sold her property located in the Hannam area. This property was a building and she sold it for a price of 8 billion KRW (approximately 7.25 million USD). This building was an investment of Han Hyo Joo, which she purchased back in 2017 at 5.55 billion KRW (approximately USD 5.1 million).
Well, it was a great investment since in just a span of 4 years, the actress was able to make a profit of 2.1 million USD after selling it.
This is not the only property that Han Hyo Joo possesses. She also has another building located in Eunpyeong-gu in Seoul.
South Korean film and television actress Han Hyo Joo was born on February 22, 1987. The 33-year-old actress is widely recognized for her portrayal in television drama series "Spring Waltz" (2006), "Brilliant Legacy" (2009), "Dong Yi" (2010), and "W: Two Worlds" (2016). She also graced the big screen through the film "Cold Eyes" (2013), for which she won Best Actress at the 34th Blue Dragon Film Awards, and romance film "The Beauty Inside" (2015).

The actress was first noticed when she joined a teenage beauty pageant organized by food corporation Binggrae in 2003. Then, she started her career in the entertainment industry through the sitcom "Nonstop 5" and the gangster-comedy film "My Boss, My Teacher."
In 2006, Han Hyo Joo was chosen as a starring role in director Lee Yoon Ki's low-budget independent film "Ad-lib Night." She was able to bag the New Actress awards at the Korean Association of Film Critics Awards and Singapore International Film Festival for her performance in the said film.
The actress will be back through the movie "Pirates 2," scheduled for release sometime this year.
This Korean film is a long-planned sequel of the box office hit "Pirates," starring Son Ye Jin, Kim Nam Gil, and Yoo Hae Jin. The second installment will be starring all new leads, namely Kwon Sang Woo, Kang Ha Neul, and Lee Kwang Soo, EXO's Oh Sehun, Chae Soobin, and more.
The film will feature a search that takes place over the ocean to find the lost treasure of the Goryeo royal family, which suddenly disappeared without a trace. Kang Ha Neul will portray the character of Woo Moo Chi, who was once the head of a group of bandits but now works as a pirate with his most trusted assistant Kang Seob, starred by Kim Sung Oh.
Han Hyo Joo will star as Hae Rang, the leader of the pirates on the ship.
