Multiple outlets revealed that Bae Suzy's diet consists of having three meals a day and consuming healthy foods.

She reportedly eats breakfast with sweet potato, chicken breast, and a cup of low-fat milk. For lunch, the Hallyu star opts for brown rice and salads.

Lastly, she prefers to avoid carbohydrates for dinner but would be munching on two sweet potatoes that are rich in beta-carotene and vitamin A, which can significantly help in losing weight.

In 2016, then 22-year-old Bae Suzy was casted for the main role in KBS rom-com "Uncontrollably Fond" opposite Kim Woo Bin.

According to a local outlet, the actress previously revealed that she has undergone an extreme diet for the role of producer-director No Eul in the K-drama.

Reportedly, the diet plan was called the "Time Limit" diet, which means that this weight loss method restricts the amount of time that a person can spend eating and will only eat during specific hours of the day.

On Youtube, several content creators follow Bae Suzy's diet and share their journey towards having a slimmer body.
