‘Vincenzo’ Actor Kim Sung Cheol to Have His Silver Screen Return with ‘Owl’
Multi-talented actor Kim Sung Cheol will be making his movie comeback after two years!
Kim Sung Cheol to Work on His First-Ever Historical Film Owl
Story J Company confirmed on August 27 that the "Do You Like Brahms?" star will be participating in the forthcoming historical film "Owl."
Kim Sung Cheol is expected to share screen with "Reply 1988" star Ryu Jun Yeol, while actor Yoo Hae Jin is still considering the project.
Historical movie "Owl" depict the real story behind the death of the Crown Prince So Hyeon, who shockingly made his return from the Qing Dynasty in the Joseon Dynasty. Director Ahn Tae Jin is in charge of directing the film.
Even though there is no confirmation yet from the "Space Sweepers" actor Yoo Ha Jin, the role of In Jo is already offered to him. Meanwhile, actor Ryu Jun Yeol will be portraying a challenging role, his character is a visually impared individual who makes a living by doing acupuncture service.
Kim Sung Cheol's upcoming role is yet to be announced. For the record, "Owl" marks Sung Cheol's first historical movie ever since he made a debut in the industry. In addition, the movie is scheduled to start its production in September.

Aside from his new movie, the 30-year-old actor is gearing up for his small screen comeback with "Us That Year." Sung Cheol takes the role of a documentary director named Kim Ji Woong.
In this project, Kim Sung Cheol is about to collaborate with "Parasite" actor Choi Woo Shik and "Itaewon Class" actress Kim Da Mi.
Following his successful stint in the 2021 crime-comedy series "Vincenzo," Kim Sung Cheol became more active in the entertainment.

Recently, Kim Sung Cheol made a special guest appearance in the famous tvN variety show "The Sixth Sense 2" hosted by Yoo Jae Suk, Jessi, Jeon So Min, Oh Na Ra, Lee Sang Yeob, and Lovelyz Mijoo.
During his guesting, the Korean celebrity made a short but adorable chemistry with Jeon So Min. The other hosts were also whipped by their unexpected interaction. Netizens also noticed and enjoyed Jeon So Min and Kim Sung Cheol's on the spot romance.
