‘Extreme Job’ Cast Update 2021: Check Out These New Films and Dramas From Ryu Seung Ryong, Lee Honey, Jin Seon Kyu, Lee Dong Hwi, and Gong Myung
Extreme Job, the highest-grossing film of 2019, is certainly included in everybody's must-watch list! The comedy action film is jam-packed with hilarious moments, words of wisdom, and great cinematography, apart from its rich storyline and amazing cast.
But in 2021, where are the brilliant cast of the second most viewed film of 2019? What keeps them busy this year?
Here's a rundown of the dramas and films of Extreme Job cast Ryu Seung Ryong, Lee Honey, Jin Seon Kyu, Lee Dong Hwi, and Gong Myung.
Ryu Seung Ryong
The amazing and versatile "Miracle in Cell No. 7" actor Ryu Seung Ryong also starred in the 2019 comedy action film "Extreme Job", and both films are considered South Korea's gems, despite having different genres.
After the film, he returned to the small screen with another smash-hit drama "Kingdom" that was critically acclaimed both domestically and internationally.
He also appeared in the South Korean musical film "Life is Beautiful" in 2020.
The 51-year-old actor is currently flooded with a slew of multiple projects. He is in the middle of filming his new drama "Moving" which is produced by Disney+.
Ryu Seung Ryong will also grace the silver screen with upcoming films "Fifth Column," "Not My Lips," "Bi-kwang," and "Jung's Ranch". The exact release dates are not disclosed to the public yet.
Lee Honey
The beauty queen-actress diversified her acting roles after appearing in the comedy action film "Extreme Job".
In the same year, she returned to the big screen with "Black Money." She also appeared in the drama "The Fiery Priest."
She will come back to the silver screen with multiple film projects such as "Alien," "Ghost," and sports drama "Dream." Further details are yet to be announced.

On the other hand, she will grace the small screen with her acting abilities through SBS TV's romantic comedy fantasy drama "One the Woman" with Lee Sang Yoon, Lee Won Geun, and Jin Seo Yeon, in which she will portray her first two-acting roles as a prosecutor and an heiress who look exactly alike. It is set to air on September 17.
Jin Seon Kyu
After "Extreme Job", actor Jin Seon Kyu reunited with co-star Ryu Seung Ryong in the 2019 hit drama "Kingdom".
He also returned to the big screen with films "Svaha: The Sixth Finger," "Money," "Long Live the King," and "Warning: Do Not Play".
In 2021, he appeared in the space blockbuster film "Space Sweepers".
The actor is set to appear in the drama "Through the Darkness" with Kim So Jin and Kim Nam Gil.
Currently, he is in the middle of filming his new films "Confidential Assignment 2" and "Hunt", that will diversify his acting spectrum. However, release dates are not yet released to the public.
Lee Dong Hwi
"Reply 1988" star showed his skills in acting once again in the 2019 film "Extreme Job". After its release, he appeared in the drama "Pegasus Market".
In the year 2020, he starred in the science fiction drama "SF8" and thriller film "The Call" with Park Shin Hye and Jeon Jong Seo.
The actor is currently filming his new comedy mystery thriller drama "Glitch" with After School's Nana, Jeon Yeo Been, and Ryu Kyung Soo.
Lee Dong Hwi is also in talks to return to the silver screen with the upcoming film "The Man Who Sees the Left, the Woman Who Sees the Right".
Gong Myung
The 28-year-old heartthrob Gong Myung joined the cast of veteran actors in the highest grossing film of the year 2019.
In the same year, he appeared in the drama "Be Melodramatic" and films "Homme Fatale" and "Recipe for Happiness".
Actor Gong Myung will return to the silver screen, though there are no exact dates of release yet, with new films "Hansan" and "Citizen Deok Hee".
