Kim Ji Hoon in Talks to Star in Netflix’s Romantic Comedy Drama ‘Love to Hate You’
Kim Ji Hoon is reportedly cast to join Netflix's forthcoming Kdrama "Love to Hate You."
Various media insiders announced on November 10 that the "Flower of Evil" actor is courted to appear in a rom-com series under Netflix. Kim Ji Hoon is offered to play the role of Do Won Joon, a handsome CEO of the famous agency, Management, built by top actor Nam Kang Ho.
Netflix's 'Love to Hate You' Synopsis
"Love to Hate You" depicts the story of a woman who doesn't want to lose to an argument with a man. The warlike romance between a man and a woman who doesn't believe in love and has completely opposite personalities will be stuck to each other due to an unexpected event.
Kim Ji Hoon to Potentially Join Kim Ok Vin and Yeo Teo in 'Love to Hate You'
It was on November 4 when "The Villainess" actress Kim Ok Vin and "Money Game" actor Yeo Teo confirmed their participation in the drama. The two are said to be the lead cast of "Love to Hate You."
Kim Ok Vin will play the role of Yeo Mi Ran, a lawyer that specializes in the entertainment business. She hates losing to men and believes that the only way for a woman to survive the competitive world of business and harsh society is to rise in the social ranks. She also has no interest in dating for it is just a waste of time.
Yeo Teo on the other hand takes the character of Nam Kang Ho, an elite actor in Korean entertainment who made a big influence in the show business due to his wit and kind personality. He is dubbed as the master of romance and yet he doesn't believe in the concept of dating.
Meanwhile, "My ID is Gangnam Beauty" writer Choi Soo Young will pen the script and "Lie After Lie" director Kim Jung Kwon is in charge of the drama. Bingie Works is expected to partner with the team to produce "Love to Hate You."
Once the cast is already confirmed, the filming begins in November 2021. "Love to Hate You" is slated to premiere in the first half of 2022.

His long hair transformation was one of the reasons the audience was hooked to Kim Ji Hoon. He was also lauded for his cool and passionate acting.
Meanwhile, Kim Ji Hoon is also part of the Korean adaptation of the famous Spanish Netflix series "Money Heist." The award-winning actor was confirmed to take the role of Denver.
