Lee Da Hee’s K-Drama Comeback: Here’s What’s Next for ‘The Beauty Inside’ Star
Lee Da Hee is set to return to the small screen with a slew of upcoming K-dramas.
This 2022, fans witnessed her stunning beauty and eloquence as she joined Hong Jin Kyung, Jung Han Hae, and Super Junior's Kyuhyun as "Single's Inferno's" main host.
To recall, the model turned actress' last appearance was the 2021 Kdrama "L.U.C.A: The Beginning" alongside Kim Rae Won.
In the mystery sci-fi series, viewers saw the diversity of Lee Da Hee as an actress after portraying the character of Ha Neul Ae Gu Reum, the revenge-driven detective.
Lee Da Hee Instagram Update
Pausing her big-screen and Kdrama appearances, the 36-year-old beauty is quite active on social media, where she often shares her activities, including endorsement shoots and magazine pictorials.
Interestingly, her latest Instagram post is an ad with the luxury brand Burberry.
Flaunting her timeless beauty and toned physique, the actress wore a black reversible trench coat, showing off the brand's iconic signature.
Lee Da Hee's New Drama' Island'
Apart from the advertisement, the actress also shares a glimpse of her new drama "Island."
In September 2021, various outlets confirmed that Lee Da Hee would be the new female lead in the upcoming webtoon-based series after Seo Yi Ji announced her withdrawal.
It comes after the "It's Okay to Not be Okay" was embroiled in a massive controversy and was accused of bullying and manipulating ex-boyfriend Kim Jung Hyun.
At the time, reports also confirmed the lineup of the cast, welcoming Kim Nam Gil, Cha Eun Woo, and Sung Joon as lead stars.

In the upcoming series "Island," Lee Da Hee took on the role of Won Mi Ho, a third-generation chaebol who is sent to Jeju Island by her parents to reflect on her actions.
Unfortunately, she is set to witness a bizarre incident involving evil spirits surrounding the island.
Following the confirmation of the cast, the production team began their production in October, intending to debut in the first half of 2022.
However, as "Island" gears up for its premiere, the actress suffered injuries on the set.
According to her agency, Lee Da Hee's agency Studio Santa Claus, the 36-year-old beauty had a "neck injury' while filming an action scene," adding that the actress was "immediately transferred to the hospital and received an examination."
The talent label also noted that "The Beauty Inside" star didn't have a "serious injury, so she's receiving outpatient treatment while going back and forth to the hospital."
This is also the reason why she skipped the "Single's Inferno" press conference.
As for the "Island" release date, tvN and officials have yet to announce the premiere of Lee Da Hee's K-drama comeback.
