Following the footsteps of Lee Byung Hun, Ma Dong Seok, Jun Ji Hyun, Bae Doona, Rain, and more, Korean stars Park Seo Joon, Jeon Jong Seo, and Yoo Teo are set to make their debut in Hollywood soon.

Korean heartthrob and rom-com king Park Seo Joon is finally an inch closer to becoming the next South Korean actor to reach Hollywood. Earlier this year, he concluded filming his scenes in the forthcoming American movie, "Captain Marvel 2: The Marvels."

Though it's still a mystery to many what character the "Itaewon Class" actor will portray, fans are enthusiastic about Seo Joon's break in the US. Viewers will finally witness Park Seo Joon's much-awaited Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in 2023.

Meanwhile, Park Seo Joon will star in the new romance-historical drama "Gyeongseong Creature," alongside Han So Hee. He is also expected to meet the viewers again with his movie "Dream" together with singer-actress IU.

Talented and beautiful actress Jeon Jong Seo, who starred in the mystery film "The Call" with Park Shin Hye, is also expected to level up her career as she signed with United Talent Agency (UTS) for her US projects. She already finished filming her Hollywood debut film "Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon," directed by Ana Lily Amirpour.

She is now labelmates with international stars Jessica Alba, Anthony Hopkins, and Benedict Cumberbatch.

"Mona Lisa" depicts the story of a lady with mystical powers who escapes from a mental health hospital to live a new life in New Orleans.

Jeon Jong Seo will also appear in the Korean remake of the "Money Heist" and take the role of Tokyo.

Yoo Teo

Following his extraordinary acting in "Vagabond," "Money Game," "Vertigo," "Black Money," and "Pawn," Yoo Teo was cast to lead the romance film "Past Lives" to be penned by writer-director Celine Song.

The story focuses on the childhood couple who will reunite in Korea. Yoo Teo will team up with "Russian Doll" and "High Maintenance" actress Greta Lee. The company behind "Minari" and "Moonlight," A24, will produce the movie in partnership with CJ ENM.

They are the newest South Korean stars who will dominate Hollywood starting this year. One thing they have in common is that Park Seo Joon, Jeon Jong Seo, and Yoo Teo bagged major awards in South Korea.

Wooga Squad's Park Seo Joon received the Excellent Award for mini series, thrice, with his dramas "Kill Me, Heal Me," "She Was Pretty," and "Fight for My Way."

Jong Seo on the other hand was hailed as Best Actress at the 57th Baeksang Arts Awards for her performance in the film "The Call."

Meanwhile, Yoo Teo was named as the new Best Actor in the 41st Blue Dragon Film Award in 2021 for the movie "Vertigo."
