Shin Seung Ho recently stole the spotlight as he portrayed the role of the Crown Prince in the hit series "Alchemy of Souls" with Lee Jae Wook and Jung So Min.

Apart from his gorgeous visuals, his supermodel-like build also captured the attention of viewers. Unbeknownst to everyone, the rising star played football for 11 years that toned his muscles and body physique.

However, he suffered from severe injuries and had to withdraw from the sports. When he left the football field, Shin Seung Ho began his career as a supermodel, and later on ventured into the television scene.

As for his love for sports, the actor shared that the sports will always be dear to his heart. If given the chance, Shin Seung Ho would like to try playing football once again, but only as a hobby.

Apink Yoon Bomi

Behind her innocent charms lies the tiger that she has tamed. Not many know but singer-actress Apink Bomi is a third degree black belt in Taekwondo.

Prior to debuting as a celebrity, Bomi busied herself with Taekwondo, a sport that is famous among students who hope to become a national athlete.

However, Bomi let go of her Taekwondo career as she dreamed of becoming an idol. Although she didn't pursue the athletic career, her years spent on the sports still gave her an edge especially when it comes to maintaining her figure.

Kim Yohan

Like Bomi, singer-actor Kim Yohan is a skilled Taekwondo black belt athlete. Since he had a coach for a father, he religiously trained with vigor and fell in love deeper with the sports.

Kim Yohan did Taekwondo for 13 years, and won first place in two national competitions. But just like other extreme sports, the South Korean star got injured during training.

His ankle hadn't been in a good condition since, and has become a chronic injury. Up until now, Kim Yohan still suffers from it, especially during the winter season.

Because of this, he decided to pursue his other dream and became an accomplished idol, leaving an impact to fans worldwide.

UEE

Who would have thought that UEE is a great swimmer apart from being an excellent idol and actress? Prior to her career in the entertainment industry, UEE participated in many Korean National Sports Competitions.

Although she gave up life-long dream of becoming an olympic swimmer, her career in the showbiz industry thrived.

In fact, her first love, which is swimming, is now a recreational activity for her. Rather than the pressure, she relieves her stress when she's in the water.
