Cha Eun Woo talks about his experience filming the star-studded movie "Decibel." The idol-singer graced the press preview along with co-stars Kim Rae Won, Lee Jong Suk, Jung Sang Hoon, Park Byung Eun, Jo Dal Hwan, and Director Hwang In Ho.

At the event, the cast shared their thoughts about the upcoming movie and the working relationship between their fellow actors.

"Decibel" is an action-thriller film that focuses on a terrorist whose target is a former Navy commander. A group of experts was called in to control the damage that might dozens of civilians as the bomb was planted in the middle of the city.

Meet the 'Decibel' Cast

"Decibel" transforms Kim Rae Won into the former Navy commander Kang Do Young while Lee Jong Suk plays the navy captain.

On the other hand, Cha Eun Woo is a young navy expert who is in charge of sonar detection.

Jung Sang Hoon takes the role of reporter Oh Dae Oh who has been closely monitoring the military, while Park Byung Eun plays Defense Security Support Command, Cha Young Han.

Meanwhile, Lee Sang Hee appears as the Explosive Ordnance Disposal squad senior officer, while Jo Dal Hwan acts as a navy senior officer.

Cha Eun Woo Confesses 'Crying' After Seeing 'Decibel for the First Time

During the press preview, the ASTRO member spoke about his role, playing the passionate navy sound investigator.

Cha Eun Woo shared that he researched his character since he was unfamiliar with the role.

Interestingly, he said being a navy sound investigator is all about monitoring the sounds that only experts can detect.

"It's a job where I listen to the sound and check where it's located only with human hearing," he said, as obtained by a media outlet.

As the interview continues, the 25-year-old actor revealed an interesting story about his first time seeing "Decibel."

He confessed that he was very "excited and nervous" watching the movie with his co-stars. He even mentioned Kim Rae Won's advice to him, which is "not to get trapped in it and to watch the movie as it flows."

The idol actor revealed that as the movie preview continues, he "cried a few times" as he felt the sadness in the film. However, he described the experience as "very meaningful," expressing his extraordinary feelings about his first movie.

Cha Eun Woo's reaction to "Decibel" was the same as his co-star Lee Sang Hee who said that she is "very nervous" watching the film "but it was good to work with the people I like and the actors I usually admire.."

Lee Jong Suk Praises Cha Eun Woo's Visuals

Apart from the ASTRO member, another South Korean heartthrob is also among the "Decibel" cast.

In the press preview, Lee Jong Suk showered Cha Eun Woo with praises and shared his thoughts about his first time working with the idol-singer.

The "Big Mouth" star revealed how everyone thinks about Cha Eun Woo and that is being "cool and handsome," lauding the co-star's undeniable visuals.

On the other hand, "Decibel" is slated to premiere in theaters on November 16.
