"I think I feel a different sense of responsibility and weight because of the love everyone has shown me and even gave me such a grand prize," he explained.

Lee Jong Suk also thanked his "Big Mouth" team. From the director to his co-star YoonA and also mentioned the struggles and challenges he did for the show.

"I suffered for 8-9 months just like I was in jail in the drama," he said adding "I sincerely thank the actors who shared that life, including YoonA, who struggled and went through much hardship outside of the prison."

Adding to the list of people he thanked are Yoon Seong Hyung, his managers Jun Ho and Soon Jae, and his family.

Lee Jong Suk's last part of his acceptance speech made viewers wonder about the mystery friend that the actor mentioned.

He said that he had "worries, fears, and anguish" after completing his military service but there is a person who helped him " think positively and go in a good direction.

"I want to take this moment and say that I've liked you a lot for a long time, and I respect you so much," he said.
