‘Business Proposal’ Cast Update 2023: Will Kim Sejeong, Ahn Hyo Seop & More Return For New Season?
The year 2022 was decorated with romance and comedy as SBS TV launched the webtoon-based series "Business Proposal" starring Kim Sejeong, Ahn Hyo Seop, Seol In Ah and Kim Min Gyu.
Up until this writing, the series is considered as every K-drama fan's go-to and comfort drama! Let's check out what the cast has in store for the fans this 2023!
Kim Sejeong
After "Business Proposal," Kim Sejeong transformed into a webtoon producer in the romance comedy series "Today's Webtoon" with Choi Daniel and Nam Yoon Su.
However, the series didn't receive the same recognition as "Business Proposal," which was a total letdown.
At the moment, Kim Sejeong is gearing up for her much awaited return with the new season of "The Uncanny Counter" with Jo Byung Gyu, Yoo Jun Sang and Yeom Hye Ran.
The tvN drama was renewed for a new season that is expected to be released some time this year.
Ahn Hyo Seop
Like Kim Sejeong, Ahn Hyo Seop's hit series was also green lit for a new season! The actor, along with Lee Sung Kyung, reprises his role in the third installment of "Dr. Romantic"!
The series tells the hardships of doctors inside the vicinity of the hospital while navigating their lives, relationships and personal dreams along the way.
"Dr. Romantic 3" is expected to hit the screen in the first half of 2023. In particular, Ahn Hyo Seop also joins the cast of Netflix's "A Time Called You!" with Jeon Yeo Bin.
A South Korean remake of the Taiwanese series "Some Day Or One Day," it follows the story of a woman who longs for her dead lover.

There's no exact release date yet but the drama is currently in its production process with the intention to air it this year.
Seol In Ah
Following "Business Proposal," Seol In Ah joined the disaster film "Emergency Declaration" with a supporting role.
It stars big names such as Song Kang Ho, Lee Byung Hun, Jeon Do Yeon, Im Siwan, Kim Nam Gil and more.
The story centers on the plane that was forced to declare an emergency when an unexpected incident during the flight occurs.
"Emergency Declaration" became the highest grossing film of 2022 in the South Korean media with a gross of 20 million USD.
Seol In Ah will also make her much anticipated small screen comeback with "Oasis," where she portrays the beautiful transfer student Oh Jung Shin, opposite the humble and quirky young student Lee Doo Hak, played by Jang Dong Yoon.

"Oasis" is a love story set in the early '90s of South Korea, and it depicts the struggles of the young adults whose hearts are filled with dreams.

Kim Min Gyu
This 2023, Kim Min Gyu transforms into the role of Pontifex Iembrary, the titular role in the forthcoming series "Holy Idol"!
The series showcases the complicated life of a high priest who wakes up in the body of an unknown K-Pop idol one day.
Kim Min Gyu's forthcoming drama is slated to hit the screen some time in 2023. He will work for the first time with talented star Go Bo Gyeol.
As for the new installment for "Business Proposal," SBS TV hasn't released anything about the matter. However, the producers shared that many viewers are demanding for Season 2 so it's not off the table yet.
