Kim Seung Hwa's 'The Glory' Cameo Appearance Stirs Online Buzz

Apart from the gut-wrenching bullying and confrontations in "The Glory," one of the things that caught the attention of the viewers was Cha Joo Young and her colleague's hotel scene.

It was when Cha Joo Young, one of Song Hye Kyo's tormentors, and a junior stewardess argued inside a hotel room in Part 1, and the latter was put in hot water after she shed a bit of weight.

It seemed like the junior stewardess is under Cha Joo Young's radar, forced to comply due to the power that the former has on her.

Cha Joo Young gets enraged, causing the junior stewardess to remove the dress she was wearing in front of the camera, exposing her body in only her undergarments.

This caused a stir during the broadcast of Part 1 and unbeknownst to many, the stewardess in the series was portrayed by Kim Seung Hwa, the younger sister of actress Kim Jae Hwa.

Kim Jae Hwa starred in various works like "Escape From Mogadishu," "Sinkhole," "Extraordinary You," "Why Her?" and "Cleaning Up."

The sisters also once appeared in MBC's variety show "Omniscient Interfering View," and shared their love for acting stemmed from their theater actor parents.

Kim Seung Hwa, who was 13 years younger, also shared that she was inspired by her own sister to pursue acting.

At the moment, she's under King Kong by Starship Entertainment, home to actors Chae Soo Bin, Lee Kwang Soo, Yoo Yeon Seok, Song Seung Heon and more.

She made her debut in 2018 and starred in high scale drama dramas "Snowdrop" and "Pachinko."

This 2023, Kim Seung Hwa will also join the cast of the upcoming series "Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938" besides reprising her role in "The Glory Part 2."

What To Expect From 'The Glory Part 2'

Part 1 received critical acclaim from fans all around the world, which set the bar for Part 2 to a greater height.

In the second half of the series, every loose end is expected to be tied up as Song Hye Kyo finally extracts her intricately planned revenge on Lim Ji Yeon and her friends.

The perpetrators who made a school violence victim's life a living hell are also predicted to face their consequences.

Even more so, "The Glory Part 2" is expected to show a glimpse of Song Hye Kyo's romantic life; answering the question about who she ends up with among the two, Lee Do Hyun and Jung Sung Il.

In particular, "The Glory" tells the story of a woman who becomes a homeroom school teacher to her perpetrators' child to seek revenge.
