IU Makes Heads Turn With Her New Pictorial Photos
EDAM Entertainment posted the images of IU from her recent photoshoot on Instagram on April 25. In the pictures, the singer-actress poses while wearing a tank top that makes her abs slightly visible.
IU mentions in her interview that she never skips workouts even when she has a jam-packed schedule. The celebrity adds she receives personal training, and does home training and Pilates to remain consistent in working out.
Since she has a lot of entertainment commitments as a singer-actress, the "Dream High" star focuses on improving her physical strength.

In an "I Live Alone" episode that aired in 2013, No Hong Chul, who was the host of the show, mentioned that IU is the most enthusiastic person who used the gym equipment "stepmill."
It has been said that people call the equipment "stairway to heaven" as it burns a lot of calories. It is known to be effective in lower body and hip exercises.

On the other hand, the "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" actress is returning to the big screen with her long-awaited sports-themed movie "Dream." She takes on the role of Lee So Min, a producing director who aims to make a documentary about the soccer team headed by Yoon Hong Dae (Park Seo Joon).

Aside from it, IU is collaborating with K-heartthrob Park Bo Gum in "You Have Done Well." The drama is penned by "When the Camellia Blooms" writer Im Sang Choon and will be helmed by "Mister" director Kim Won Seok.
The drama's lead stars were spotted filming the series, which gave excitement to K-drama fans.
