MBC said, "In consideration of viewers' opinions and concerns, we decided to immediately and effectively terminate the contract with the company in order to fundamentally exclude the participation of the person in question. We will do our best to produce the new drama 'Lovers' until the end so it can begin its first broadcast with the attention and love of viewers."

In addition, to the video's content, A's daughter, graduate student B, suffered sexual violence from 12 people, including the agency's class president and casting manager, when she worked as a minor actor in 2004 and filed a complaint with the police.

However, during the investigation, she suffered while being threatened by the perpetrators. Her younger sister C, who introduced B to a minor actor job, also died on his own after suffering from guilt.

Meanwhile, "Lovers" is expected to release in the second half of 2023.
