Son Ye Jin Purchases New Property in Gangnam-gu Worth 24 Billion Won
On June 19, based on a source from the real estate industry, Son Ye Jin bought a building with one basement floor and two ground floors in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul in August 2022 under her name. It has been said that the actress paid the balance last May 30 of this year.
In addition to the report, the building is being demolished for new construction.
Son Ye Jin's newly purchased property cost 24.4 billion won and is located in the super-station area near Sinnonhyeon Station. According to the news, it boasts an excellent position in the main corner of the food business district that runs from Sinnonhyeon Station to Gangnam Station.

The "Crash Landing on You" star owns properties in some of the key commercial districts such as Cheongdam, Sinsa, and Hapjeong.
To recall, in July 2020, she became the center of attention for buying a building in Sinsadong for 16 billion won.
In addition, Son Ye Jin also bought a small property in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul for 9.35 billion won in 2015 and sold it for 13.5 billion won in February 2018.

In April 2023, the Hallyu star sold a luxury villa in Samseongdong for 4.8 billion won.
Apart from the actress, her husband, Hyun Bin, is also a real estate investor. The actor sold a luxury villa in Heukseok-dong for 4 billion won in 2021, which he only bought for 2.7 billion won in July 2009.
The "Secret Garden" star also owns a penthouse in Gyeonggi-do.

Meanwhile, Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin are not the only celebrity couple who invests in real estate. RAIN and Kim Tae Hee, are also known for buying and selling various properties in and outside Seoul.
In 2021, the couple achieved a milestone after topping the list of celebrities with the biggest real estate fortune.
According to a source, Kim Tae Hee and RAIN earned the highest profit margins in properties with an estimated amount of 39.8 billion won or 35,300,000 USD.
