Son Seung Yeon Wins ‘The Voice Korea’
"It was common for me to fail the majority of my auditions. Of course, I've never won first place either. I'm thrilled that I was able to win from the judging of my voice."
On the 12th, Son Seung Yeon came out victorious, beating Yoo Sung Eun, Woo Hye Mi, and Ji Sae Hee on Mnet's 'The Voice Korea.' She performed her new song 'The Ugly Duckling' as well as Yoon Bok Hee's 'Everyone.' She received a standing ovation and the title 'Little BMK' for her refreshing high pitch and powerful emotions.
Her coach Shin Seung Hoon praised her excellent vocals, "It takes over 10 years for even singers to receive a standing ovation from the audience. Is it possible for an amateur to receive a standing ovation from the audience and singers through one song?"
