Daniel Henney Is Joining 'Iris 2'

Actor Daniel Henney is to appear in the drama that is to air in the February of next year, titled 'Iris 2.'

Daniel Henney has been active in Hollywood, this will be his first appearance in a Korean drama after he appeared in the KBS 2TV miniseries 'Fugitive Plan B' that was broadcasted 3 years ago. 

On the 18th, according to an official, it was decided that Daniel Henney is to join the drama 'Iris 2,' that is to air in February of next year. 

'Iris 2,' is about finding the identity of Mr. Black who was in the back of Baek San. This drama is the sequel of the drama 'Iris,' that Lee Byung Hun and Kim Tae Hee were the main actors of. Tae Won Entertainment is the one producing the drama. 

'Iris' was a drama that had about 30% viewers ratings and also received love overseas. The drama 'Iris 2' is also said to be a great blockbuster. 

Other than Daniel Henney, actors Jang Hyuk and Lee Da Hae are thinking of joining 'Iris 2.'

An official told, "other than Jang Hyuk, Lee Da Hae, and Daniel Henney, more top stars from other countries are also to appear in 'Iris 2.'"

An official from 'Iris 2 ' stated, "after all of the casting is finalized, the filming will start in the middle of October."
