First Look at Lee Seung Gi for “The Writing of Nine Houses”

Actor Lee Seung Gi has successfully transformed into his character for upcoming drama.

On March 18th, pictures of the actor, ready in character were released by producer company Samhwa Networks.

In the stills, Lee Seung Gi is dressed up in traditional clothes used at the time of the story, he wore a high pony tail, and seem very cheerful. The photos were taking on the first of shooting, which was on March 14th, in Hadong, Gyeongnam Province.

In “The Writing of Nine Houses” he plays the role of a half-human, half-nine-tailed fox named Choi Kang Chi. He lives in the struggle of living the normal life of a human being.

During the first shooting, the actor was in a good spirits, and showed his responsible side by monitoring and discussing each scene with the director of the drama, to ensure everything was running smoothy.

The actor commented, “I am really honored to be working with writer Kang Eun Kyung and director Shin Woo Chul. It's my first role in a historical drama, so I am practicing hard for the way people used to speak at that time. I want to makes this fun drama, that meets everyone's expectations. Thanks to the other actors' cheerful charisma, the drama's expectations are higher.”

The drama is set to premiere on April, in the Monday-Tuesday slot at 10Pm (KST).
