In an interview for OSEN, Bang Jung Hyun, the legal representative of Ahn Jae Hyun stated that taking legal action to Ku Hye Sun through divorce suit is strongly decided by the actor but he said that the actor firmly stated that he would not charge for the cybercrime.

"I think it is the least consideration for the one I loved", the actor said.

On the other hand, Ahn Jae Hyun is currently working for an upcoming project. But due to this conflict on his marriage, the production team, as well as his co-actors, were also affected by some netizens who were planning to boycott his project.
