Kim Young Kwang currently underwent the COVID-19 test, and fortunately, the result was negative. Earlier on October 26th, it was reported that a crew from the upcoming drama "Hello? It's Me!" (literal title) was diagnosed and tested positive for COVID19.

As soon as they discovered this unfortunate result, the said drama's filming schedules halted. All of the staff and crew of the drama with close contact with the person who tested positive were required to undergo the COVID19 test, which includes actor Kim Young Kwang.

The actor was included as close contact with the positive staff. On October 27th, the drama's public relations agency StoryRhyme gave their statement to update us with the results. The statement reads:

"Hello everyone, this the public relations agency for the drama. "Hello? It's Me!" StoryRhyme. Currently is was confirmed that a staff member of "Hello, It's Me!" has tested positive for COVID-19.

We are letting you know of our production current situation following a staff member's confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis on October 26. After investigating and assessing the situation yesterday, the filming was automatically suspended and followed the quarantine authorities' instruction that those people who came into close contact with the affected staff member on set were required to undergo the test.

Today, October 27th, those who were considered to have come into close contact with the infected staff, fortunately, negatively affected the infected staff. The remaining staff members who were not in close contact but crossed paths with the confirmed patient are currently being tested.

Rest assured that future production schedules will be adjusted according to the regulations instructed by quarantine authorities.

Thank you."

Kim Young Kwang, who was considered one person who had close contact with the staff, was also tested negatively.

"Hello? It's Me!" is a fantasy romantic comedy themed drama centers its story on a 37-years-old and a single woman named Ban Ha Ni portrayed by actress Choi Gang Hee. She is currently assigned in a temporary position at work, which makes her feel nervous that she might get fired one day. She is a fearful and submissive woman. And thinking about her current state, she does not want to be single anymore. One day, her 17-year-old self appeared to console her current 37-year-old self. This 17-year-old Ban Ha-Ni is completely different from her current old self, in which her younger self is a bright and optimistic girl. In this drama, actor Kim Young Kwang will be playing the male lead character named Han Yoo Hyun.

The drama is scheduled to premiere in January next year, but since the filming halted, we will wait for further updates of its release.

South Korean actor and mode Kim Young-kwang was born on January 11, 1987. The actor started his career in the entertainment industry as a model and has carried high end brands like Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood and Etro. As an actor on the other hand, he is widely recognoized for his portrayal in films namely: Runway Cop (2012), Hot Young Bloods (2014), On Your Wedding Day (2018) and The Soul-Mate (2018). He also starred in several television dramas such as, Pinocchio (2014), D-Day (2015), Sweet Stranger and Me (2016, The Guardians (2017) and The Secret Life of My Secretary (2019).
