The weekly chart is based on the blog posts, news articles, videos, and social media postings showcasing which shows and celebrities generated the most buzz for the current and upcoming drama.
"Penthouse 3" Tops Drama Rankings for 2 Straight Weeks
According to Good Data Corporation, the SBS revenge drama secured the spot as the most buzzworthy drama for two weeks.
To recall, "Penthouse 3" episode 14 is the finale episode broadcasted last September 10. It featured one of the biggest plot twists in the Friday night drama: the death of the three main characters.
Meanwhile, the second place belonged to the beloved medical K-drama "Hospital Playlist 2," which returned after one week of hiatus.
Unfortunately, the tvN Thursday series is set to bid farewell on September 16 for its season finale.
On the other hand, the feel-good K-drama "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" advances to the third spot while the historical fantasy series "Lovers of the Red Sky" moves from second to fourth place.
Although theirs a massive drop from the weekly rankings, the SBS Monday and Tuesday drama continues to increase its viewership rating, setting new personal bests.
Interestingly, newcomer "High Class" managed to land in the top six, ousting SBS' "Amor Fatti" from the rankings.

"Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha's" dimple couple dominates the rankings for weeks as they maintain their status as the most buzzworthy actors.
Kim Seon Ho ranked number one for two consecutive weeks, followed by Hallyu star Shin Min Ah.
It only proved how the public loved their on-screen romance, especially the heart-fluttering moments seen in the rom-com series.
The same goes for Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Yoo Jung, who has been in the same spot for two straight weeks, landing third and fourth place, respectively.
Meanwhile, the two queens of Hera Palace, Lee Ji Ah and Kim So Yeon, made it to the weekly rankings after securing the fourth and eighth place.
On the other hand, three out of the five 99ers got a spot in the most buzzworthy actor; this includes IkSong couple Jo Jung Suk and Jeon Mi Do, joined by the ob gyne surgeon Kim Dae Myung.
