Son Seok Koo continues to make waves with remarkable K-dramas and movies. 

The versatile actor is currently starring in his new series "My Liberation Notes," playing a mysterious character. 

As we enjoy Son Seok Koo's new drama and are patiently waiting for his upcoming movies, here is a rundown of Son Seok Koo's K-dramas and movies that are available on Netflix. 

'My Liberation Notes'

Son Seok Koo is drawing much attention as he stars in the latest K-drama, "My Liberation Notes." He took the role of the mysterious man named Mr. Gu, who had just moved to a new neighborhood. 

Joining him in the ongoing series are Lee Min Ki, Kim Ji Won, and Lee Ell, who portrays Yeom siblings living at Sanpo Village and wanting to escape the town because of unfavorable situation. The trio crosses paths with Mr. Gu after working at a countryside shop owned by the Yeom family. 

As the 16-part episode airs every Saturday and Sunday, fans could still watch "My Liberation Notes" via Netflix and JTBC.

'D.P'

After two years, Son Seok Koo made a comeback in 2021 after joining Goo Kyo Hwang and Jung Hae In in the action-comedy K-drama "D.P."

The 39-year-old star played the role of the fearless Captain Im Ji Sup, the rival of Sergeant Park Beom Gu, portrayed by Kim Sung Kyun. 

Son Seok Koo's "D.P" character reminds the viewers of how people dreamed of having a promotion while working in society.

However, at the height of the Netflix series, he was dragged into controversy after an alledge former schoolmate accused the actor of bullying. With this, Son Seok Koo's agency, SBD Entertainment, denied the allegations and announced plans to take legal action against malicious commenters. 

'Be Melodramatic'

From melodrama, action to rom-com, Son Seok Koo proves his versatility after landing a supporting role in "Be Melodramatic."

He played the character of director Kim Sang Soo and worked with lead stars Jeon yeo Been, Chun Woo Hee, Han Ji Eun, Gong Myung, and Ahn Jae Hong. 

The 16-part episode was released in 2019 and can still be viewed on Netflix. 

'Designated Survivor: 60 Days'

Lastly, Son Seok Koo's drama "Designated Survivor: 60 Days" is also available on Netflix. 

Released in the same year as "Be Melodramatic," the actor played the antagonist Cha Young Jin. 

In the drama, he aims to ruin the political career of the acting president Park Moo Jin (Ji Jin Hee) after a terrorist attack ruined the country.
