Kang Hoon To Team Up With THIS Actress in New Romance Drama
Rising actor Kang Hoon is confirmed to collaborate with THIS beautiful and talented actress in his newly booked drama series.
Kang Hoon To Lead 'Flower Scholars Love Story' With Shin Ye Eun
After his successful portrayal as Hong Deok Ro in the MBC megahit series "Red Sleeve," Kang Hoon is now booked with another historical drama, but this time, he will play as the lead actor.
Kang Hoon is returning to primetime with "Flower Scholars Love Story" (working title), a historical-romance series in which he is the main protagonist. SBS reported that the rising actor will team up for the first time with actress Shin Ye Eun joining them in the cast are Kim Ki Hae and Ryeo Un.
"Flower Scholars Love Story" tells the story of residents of the boarding house "Guest House Summer Palace" who are trying to solve a mystery that happened 13 years ago.
Shin Ye Eun takes the role of Yoon Dan Oh, the person, who runs the guest house. She will then be entangled with the three male scholars. Expectations are high on how the romance between the four youths will unfold.

In addition, the mystery-romance series is expected to premiere in the first half of 2023. Writer Kwon Eum Mi will pen the script, and director Kim Jung Min is in charge of the project. Apollo Pictures Entertainment is said to produce the series.
What's Next for Kang Hoon?
"Flower Scholars Love Story" marks Kang Hoon's debut as lead actor. But apart from the mystery romance series, the Korean heartthrob will also star in the forthcoming Korean adaptation of the famous Taiwanese series "Some Day or One Day."
He will work with trending stars Ahn Hyo Seop and Jeon Yeo Bin. It has been said that the production finally started filming, there were also photos of the cast spotted filming in Korea.
"In Your Time" is confirmed to air in the first half of 2023 and can be streamed on the famous streaming giant Netflix.
Kang Hoon made a special appearance in the tvN's coming-of-age series "Twenty Five, Twenty One." The young actor is gaining more popularity both in Korea and abroad, lots of fans are already anticipating his back-to-back projects next year.
Adding to his next drama is the Korean remake of the famous series "Little Women." He will share the frame with Kim Go Eun, Nam Ji Hyun, Wi Ha Joon, and Park Ji Hoo.
