Blue Dragon Series Awards 2022: Kim Young Dae, Hyeri, More Selected as Presenters
The first Blue Dragon Series Awards are expected to be a star-studded event as top stars in series and variety shows are scheduled to attend. Following the announcement of nominees, the committee has announced the list of presenters joining the ceremony. Keep on reading for all the details!
Hosted by Girls' Generation's YoonA and Jun Hyun Moo, the Blue Dragon Series Awards 2022 honors K-contents released on streaming platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, seezn, WATCHA, Kakao TV, Coupang Play, TVING, and wavve from May 1, 2021, to April 30, 2022.
The upcoming award ceremony will take place on July 19 at 7 p.m. KST at Paradise City in Incheon and will be live broadcast through LG Uplus and Naver Now.
While the fans look forward to the winners bringing home major awards, the committee unveils the list of presenters for the first Blue Dragon Series Awards.

As obtained by a local news portal, the upcoming award show will feature more interactions and interviews with the nominees.
As for the presenters, the public might see their favorite stars handing the award to the chosen stars on stage.
It includes Kim Young Dae, "Our Beloved Summer" actress Roh Jeong Eui, heartthrobs Park Hyung Sik and SHINee's Key, AOA's Seolhyun, and award-winning actress Moon So Ri with Lee Se Young, Hwang Min Hyun and Hyeri.

Kim Young Dae who gained popularity through the trilogy "The Penthouse" and recently headlined the rom-com series "Shooting Stars" is assigned to award the Male and Female Leading Actors Award in the drama category.
Meanwhile, SHINee's Key and Hyeri will be presenting male and female entertainers on the stage together.

The upcoming ceremony boasts interesting nominees in 13 different award categories. These include Best Drama, Best Supporting Actor/Actress in a Drama, Best Actor/Actress in a Drama, Best Rookie Actor/Actress, Best Variety Show, Best Male/Female Entertainer, Best Rookie Male/Female Entertainer, and of course the Popular Star Award.
For the Best Drama Award, "Through The Darkness," "Yumi's Cells," "Political Fever," and Netflix's "D.P," "Squid Game" will compete for the title.
Jung Hae In (D.P,) Lee Je Hoon (Move to Heaven,) Kim Nam Gil (Through The Darkness,) Lee Jung Jae (Squid Game), and Im Siwan (Tracer) are heads-to-heads for the Best Actor Award category.
Meanwhile, the Best Actress Award category includes Kim Hye Soo (Juvenile Justice,) Kim Go Eun (Yumi's Cells,) Oh Yeon Seo (Mad for Each Other,) Kim Sung Ryung (Political Fever), and Han Hyo Joo (Happiness.)
As for variety shows, nominees for the Best Entertainment Program category include "SNL Korea," "Seoul Check-in," "Girl High School Mystery Club," "PLAYou" and "Transit Love."
