'May I Help You' Postpones Broadcast To Mourn Itaewon Disaster Victims

Girl's Day Hyeri and Lee Jun Young's international hit series "May I Help You" temporarily cancels its broadcast in the first week of November.

On November 3, MBC announced that the drama will be postponed in consideration of the Itaewon crowd crush disaster.

Since "May I Help You" centers on the story of a funeral director who grants the wishes of the deceased, the production unit of the series decided that it would be best to delay the drama rather to give respect to the victims and the bereaved family.

"Some of the contents of the drama might come off insensitive for the victims' loved ones, as well as the people who experienced the disaster directly or indirectly," a representative of the production unit reasoned.
