Playing the role of North Korean defector Kang Sae Byeok, the 28-year-old breakout star mesmerizes viewers with her show-stopping performance and charisma.

During her visit in the Philippines, the "Squid Game" actress spoke about the top highlights and changes in her life now that she is a global star.

According to a media outlet, Jung Ho Yeon was asked about the most unforgettable moments of 2022.

The model actress first mentioned her mother coming along with her at the Emmy Awards, describing it as "one of the biggest things that have happened to her."

The second was bagging Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series at the SAG Awards 2022 for her performance in "Squid Game."

As mentioned by the outlet, Jung Ho Yeon felt "like a roller coaster in just two hours."

Interestingly, her third most remarkable moment in 2022 is her first Hollywood project. Jung Ho Yeon will be working alongside Academy Award-nominated Mexican film director Alfonso Cuarón and top star Cate Blanchett in the Apple+ TV series, "Disclaimer."

After the "Squid Game" craze, Jung Ho Yeon is booked and busy with back-to-back projects. From modeling to acting projects, the South Korean beauty's schedule is jam-packed with various projects.

Jung Ho Yeon's Skyrocketing Fame

From the runway to the small screen, Jung Ho Yeon proved that she is more than just a pretty face.

After being the global ambassador of top brands like Louis Vuitton, she joins fellow Korean stars who are making it big in Hollywood.

Jung Ho Yeon signed under Creative Artists Agency (CAA), a major American talent and sports agency in the United States that houses top stars like Brad Pitt, Beyonce, Tom Hanks, Norah Jones, Justin Bieber, and Cardi B.

Interestingly, apart from her series with Cate Blanchett for "Disclaimer" Jung Ho Yeon will also headline a Hollywood movie for "The Governess" based on a novel of the same name released in 2018.

At the time, Deadline reported that the movie focuses on "three rebellious governesses who upend the household they work in."

Joining Jung Ho Yeon as the lead stars are Lily-Rose Depp and Renate Reinsve.

From Hollywood activities to K-drama, the 28-year-old actress is back on K-drama after officials confirmed that she will make a special appearance in the webtoon-based Netflix series "Chicken Nuggets" starring Kim Yoo Jung and Ryu Seung Ryong of "Miracle in Cell No. 7."
