Lee Jung Eun will be reunited with Lee Sung Min for the upcoming webtoon-based K-drama "A Very Lucky Day."

Viewers will get to see two amazing veteran actors star in one project once again along with "Hospital Playlist" star Yoo Yeon Seok.

Lee Jung Eun Joins Lee Sung Min and Yoo Yeon Seok in 'A Very Lucky Day'

According to an exclusive report cited by JTBC news, Lee Jung Eun was offered to headline the forthcoming series and ​​ has recently decided to participate in the project.

In addition, "A Very Lucky Day" is produced by The Great Show, who is also behind hit dramas such as "Navillera" and "The Road: The Tragedy of One."

Apart from the amazing cast lineup, the report cited that the filming is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2023.

The upcoming K-drama is a psychological thriller series based on a webtoon written by Aporia.

It follows the story of a taxi driver named Oh Taek, played by Lee Sung Min who unexpectedly meets a murderer named Hyuk Soo, portrayed by Yoo Yeon Seok.

As for Lee Jung Eun, her character is yet to be confirmed however, viewers could expect an outstanding performance from the cast considering that "A Very Lucky Day" has a roster of talented stars.

Will Lee Sung Min and Lee Jung Eun Return in 'Juvenile Justice Season 2'?

It can be recalled that Lee Jung Eun has worked with Lee Sung Min on the smash hit Netflix series "Juvenile Justice" together with Kim Hye Soo.

In the 10-part episode series, Lee Sung Min took the role of Chief Justice Kang Won Joong who stepped down from his position because of Judge Shim Eun Seok's expose.

Interestingly, his successor was the fearless Na Geun Hee, played by Lee Jung Eun who made a mark on Judge Shim's past.

The two veteran stars along with Kim Hye Soo were praised by viewers for their stunning portrayal as the crime series gained massive hype.

Interestingly, Netflix confirmed the release of "Juvenile Justice Season 2."

Following the huge craze that the series created, the law drama gets a green light and will reportedly air on February 23, 2024, according to What's Netflix.

On the other hand, after the surprising announcement, reports cited that the blockbuster series had its pre-production, which includes the process of discussing the cast lineup, production crew, and the continuity of the story between August and September of 2022.

As for the cast, the streaming giant is yet to confirm if Kim Hye Soo will reprise her role as Judge Shim but viewers are also expecting her junior colleague Cha Tae Joo, played by Kim Moo Yeol along with Lee Jung Eun and Lee Sung Min's character.
