Seohyun To Pair Up With Goo Kyo Hwan In Upcoming Sci-Fi Film
Girls' Generation Seohyun is set to make her silver screen comeback with her first ever sci-fi project this 2023!
The singer-actress's last movie was in the 2016 romantic comedy "So I Married An Anti-fan" with EXO Chanyeol and Chinese actors Yuan Shanshan and Jiang Chao.
Seohyun To Headline Upcoming Sci-Fi Film
Fans are in for a treat as they might just see Girls' Generation Seohyun on the big screen this 2023!
After successfully dominating the Hallyu scene last year with "Love and Leashes" and "Jinxed at First," Seohyun was cast to headline the new sci-fi film "Finding the King."
On February 9, the actress was offered her first ever sci-fi film, which follows the story of a young man who meets a giant robot in a demilitarized zone against the backdrop of Seoul 1980.
The artist's agency, Namoo Actors, released a statement, saying that Seohyun is currently reviewing the offer with a positive mind and heart. If she accepts the project, Seohyun will play the only nurse at the remote area's health center.

She will also act opposite veterans Goo Kyo Hwan and Yoo Jae Myung, who will portray the roles of a doctor and a lawyer, respectively.
"Finding the King" is currently in its pre-production process, and the team hasn't disclosed its details, final lineup as well as release date yet so keep your tabs open for more updates.
Even more so, attention is focused on how Seohyun will give life to her character as she takes on the challenge of her first ever sci-fi project.

Besides "Finding the King," Girls' Generation Seohyun is gearing up for her much anticipated film "Holy Night: Demon Hunters" (literal title) along with Ma Dong Seok, Jung Ji So and more!
Seohyun takes on the role of Sharon, a member of Holy Night, a group of hunters that fight the demon worshippers in the country.
She will also star in the forthcoming Netflix series "Song of the Bandits," which depicts the struggles of South Koreans in the Japanese colonization period.
Kim Nam Gil, Yoo Jae Myung, Lee Hyun Wook and more are also present in the high scale project. Both works are scheduled to air in the third quarter of 2023 so don't miss it!
