On February 9, a representative from broadcast network SBS confirmed that Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Ji Hyun accepted the offer to star in the upcoming project.
"Gold Spoon" is a story filled with life lessons, growth and romance, and it follows the life of a conglomerate heir who becomes a detective after falling in love with one.
In the series, Ahn Bo Hyun transforms into Jin Yi Soo, a man who doesn't want to do anything due to his grandiose background and wealth. Because of love, he changes his ways for the better.
Meanwhile, Park Ji Hyun plays the role of Lee Kang Hyun, a workaholic detective who takes pride in being a veteran police officer.
Previously, the two actors showed off their cider-like chemistry in the two-parter rom-com series "Yumi's Cells."
Through "Gold Spoon," Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Ji Hyun are set to deliver a different kind of performance that viewers haven't seen before.

In the film "2 O'Clock Date," the actor will couple up with highly loved singer-actress Im Yoona. Filming began in April 2022 with the goal of airing it this 2023.
