Krystal Jung Steps Down From 'Player' Production

Since her debut as an actress, Krystal Jung has always chosen great dramas that suit her style and personality.

Her most notable works are "Search," "Prison Playbook," "The Bride of Habaek," "More Than Family" and "Player."

This 2023, OCN's original action comedy drama "Player" received the green light to produce a new season.

Unfortunately, Krystal Jung didn't reprise her role and was replaced by idol-turned-actress Jang Gyuri.

According to the production unit, Krystal Jung didn't sign the contract to appear in the new season of the drama while her co-stars including Song Seung Heon and Lee Si Eon reprised their roles.

With this, the producers decided to kill off her character, much to fans' disappointment. On the brighter side, Krystal Jung is off to carefully choose her next work.
