'The School Nurse Files'

Nam Joo Hyuk and Jung Yu Mi's "The School Nurse Files" follows the story of a nurse and a teacher's joint effort to heal students who are ill due to monstrous diseases called "jellies."

Yoo Teo appeared in the series and it is one of his first works. In the drama, he played the role of Mr. Mackenzie, an English teacher.

He showed his skills not only in acting but also in speaking the foreign language. Unbeknownst to many, the actor was born in Cologne, Germany.

During his teenage years, he moved to the States and England to study acting, which explains his fluency in the language.

'Vagabond'

Yoo Teo also starred in Lee Seung Gi and Bae Suzy's espionage drama "Vagabond" as Jerome, a former mercenary who was involved in the plane crash of B357.

His effective acting impressed the viewers especially when he revealed in the drama that he was bribed to crash the plane in exchange for promotion in the National Intelligence Service.

Because of his acting, new doors of opportunities opened for him. He had starred in a few high scale projects before finally landing the lead role in "Love To Hate You."

'Money Game'

In the 2020 finance drama "Money Game," Yoo Teo joined the cast as Eugene Han, one of the contributors in Lee Sung Min, Go Soo and Shim Eun Kyung's struggle in keeping South Korea away from crises.

The trio worked together as Financial Services Commission and Ministry of Economy and Finance workers to avoid repeating the same crises in 1997.

'Decision To Leave'

Last but not the least, Yoo Teo appeared in Park Hae Il and Tang Wei's 2022 romantic thriller film "Decision To Leave."

The film tells the story of a reputable detective who falls in love with a dead man's wife he is supposed to investigate. Because of the tension and unconventional plot, the film appealed to many.

In 2022, the film received many awards at the Golden Cinematography Awards, Florida Film Critics Circle, Busan Film Critics Awards and more.
