Choi Kang Ho Is Saved From Danger
"The Good Bad Mother" episode 6 begins with Song Woo Byuk's (Choi Moo Sung) men arriving at Choi Kang Ho's (Lee Do Hyun) home.
While Choi Kang Ho was trying to clean the mess made by Lion the piglet, Oh Tae Soo's (Jung Woong In) man arrives and attacks him.
Thankfully, Song Woo Byuk's men jump out of the cupboards and fight the killer who was sent to kill Choi Kang Ho.
Lee Mi Joo Successfully Finds New Place For Her Business
The following day, Choi Kang Ho picks up the wallet that Lee Mi Joo (Ahn Eun Jin) had dropped. Because he was unable to catch the bus, he hailed a taxi to follow her to town.
Lee Mi Joo looks for a place to rent to open her small nail salon. However, she's unaware of her missing wallet when she buys medicines for her mother.

Meanwhile, the villagers hold a meeting to support Baek Hoon Ah's (Baek Hyun Jin) plan in getting rid of Jin Young Soon's (Ra Mi Ran) pig farm.
Choi Kang Ho Worries About His Past
Bang Sam Shik arrives at their humble village and curses Choi Kang Ho out when he remembers that the latter refused to help him from being sent to jail.
Lee Mi Joo's twins tell on Bang Sam Shik, which pushes her to send him away. At dinner, Choi Kang Ho asks her whether he was rude and callous towards her.
Unfortunately, Choi Kang Ho didn't receive any reply from Lee Mi Joo. Elsewhere, Jin Young Soon collapses.
Jin Young Soon Discovers She Has Cancer
At the end of the episode, Jin Young Soon wakes up in a hospital and learns that she has stage four cancer.
Choi Kang Ho falls off his wheelchair when he rushes towards his mother who's on the hospital bed. Sadly, Jin Young Soon doesn't help him and instead tells him to help himself, leaving him confused and lonely.
