Kim Tae Ri Asks Followers to Translate YouTube Videos for Free
In a now-deleted Instagram post, Kim Tae Ri posted a lengthy statement looking for people who could help her translate her YouTube videos for free. She mentioned that it was for her episode 4 video on her vlog, which is set to air next month.
However, she noticed that some of her subscribers and viewers are not Koreans.
"I started thinking how good it would be to have more languages. As many as possible," she said, adding the idea to add subtitles by seeking help from her "talented fans" through a project she called "So This Translation is the Place."
"If you are interested in helping out voluntarily with translation of your language, fill out the form to get in touch," the now-deleted post read, as obtained by an outlet.
Since it's voluntary work, Kim Tae Ri did not mention the possible pay but highlighted that the social media or email of the person will be included in the credits.

"From the time actress Kim Tae Ri decided to start 'Is That The Place' to the moment we added the current English subtitles, we have only had one thing in mind: our fans," the statement said, as obtained by an outlet.
Kim Tae Ri's agency also apologized for causing confusion and inconvenience "due to inadequate planning."
