Song Ji Hyo Shares Behind-the-Story of Her Casting in 'Running Man'
In the recent broadcast of SBS' "Running Man" on July 23, the members went to Gyeongju. On the evening of their trip, Yoo Jae Suk, Haha, Jeon So Min, Ji Suk Jin, Kim Jong Kook, Yang Se Chan, and Song Ji Hyo gathered in a room and had their time together while enjoying their late-night snack.
As their conversation continued to progress and jump stories to another, they ended up talking about part-time jobs. At that time, Song Ji Hyo surprised the members when she confessed that she got cast in "Running Man" while working part-time in Apgujeong.
The host-actress continued, "Back then, I lived in a cafe village in Pungdong, and the owner couldn't find any part-timers so he asked me to help him for a week. Then I got cast within that week."

Her members were amused by her revelation. In addition, the "Princess Hours" actress showed her comic protagonist-like beauty in the past, which drew admiration from viewers.
'Running Man' Members Surprise to Know Song Ji Hyo's Parents' Business
This is not the first time that Song Ji Hyo made a shocking confession to her members. To recall, in "Running Man" episode 662 which aired last July 16, the "Was It Love" star revealed the line of business that her parents run.
Apart from the food and beverage business of her mom, she also owns a noodle soup place. Everyone was stunned after Song Ji Hyo said that her parents have a ferry business in Tongyoung.
Upon hearing the story, the members were evidently surprised and someone said, "We have known her for 13 years, but this is the first time I am hearing this! I had no idea that they were owners of a ferry business.
Song Ji Hyo made her debut in the entertainment industry through the classic hit series "Princess Hours" in 2006. In 2010, after appearing in "Running Man" episodes 2 and 5, the actress officially became a regular member in episode 6, which embarked on a wonderful journey with the rest of the mainstays and their celebrity guests.
