Kim Go Eun Update 2023: ‘Little Women’ Star Returns With Slew of Big Scale Projects
After the global success of her thriller drama "Little Women," fan-favorite Hallyu star Kim Go Eun is preparing for her brand new films, much to fans' excitement.
The actress is among the most sought-after leading ladies in South Korea who has curated her flawless filmography with "Goblin," "Yumi's Cells" and more.
Kim Go Eun Gears Up With New Works For Silver Screen Comeback
Since the announcement of Kim Go Eun's new film with Lee Do Hyun, fans took to social media their excitement for the work.
"Exhuma" (previously known as "Pamyo" and "The Unearthed Grave") depicts the life of a shaman who becomes a dead body collector in exchange for a huge amount of money.
Kim Go Eun plays the main character Hwarim, a shaman who is asked to relocate a tomb by a mysterious client. Through the work, the actress diversifies her acting spectrum with the occult genre.
Since 2022, the film has been in production. Currently, it's in the process of wrapping up. It is directed by "Priests" director Jang Jae Hyun, and it's expected to hit the theaters in early 2024.
In addition, Kim Go Eun also gives life to Park Sang Young's best-selling novel "Love in the Big City" with international actor Noh Sang Hyun.

Kim Go Eun was confirmed to play the role of Jae Hee, a charming and vivacious woman who is not afraid to express her romantic feelings to a stoic Heung Soo, played by Noh Sang Hyun.
Despite their differences and contrasting beliefs in relationships, they make things work and cohabitate as they get to know each other on a personal level including their secrets and more.
Filming began earlier this July with the guidance of "The Accidental Detective 2: In Action" director Lee Eon Hee so stay tuned for more updates.
Kim Go Eun To Headline Romance Drama With Kim Gun Woo
Besides her silver screen return, Kim Go Eun was also reportedly cast to appear in the brand new romance drama "Eun Jung and Sang Yeon" with "The Glory" actor Kim Gun Woo.
The work revolves around the friendship of Eun Jung and Sang Yeon who work together as a screenwriter and filmmaker duo. Due to a series of unfortunate events, their friendship ends.
They meet again years later as adults who live equally different lives. Kim Go Eun and Park Ji Hyun of "Reborn Rich" were offered the main roles but both have yet to confirm their appearances.
Kim Gun Woo, on the other hand, will star as Sang Hak, a man who becomes a common denominator for the two ex-best friends.
