Lee Kwang Soo Joins Star-Studded Cast of Mystery-Thriller K-Drama 'No Way Out'
Lee Kwang Soo is marking his small-screen comeback with the new mystery-thriller series "No Way Out." The former "Running Man" host is about to work with star-studded cast members namely Lee Sun Kyun, Yoo Jae Myung, and Kim Moo Yeol.
The mystery drama "No Way Out" follows the story of a person who tries to kill and the one who tries to survive when a contract murder offer is opened publicly with a 20 billion KRW (approximately 15.2 million USD) reward after a notorious criminal got freed from prison.
What We Know So Far About 'No Way Out'
Lee Kwang Soo is said to play the role of Yoon Chang Jae, a butcher who wants to get back his stolen money.
"Parasite" actor Lee Sun Kyun is Baek Joong Sik, a police officer who has to protect citizens from the criminal released from prison. Veteran actor Yoo Jae Myung takes the character of Kim Guk Ho, a notorious killer and evil criminal, who is discharged from jail after 13 years.

Kim Moo Yeol, on the other hand, portrays Lee Sang Bong, a bottom 1 percent lawyer who becomes Guk Ho's legal representative.
These top stars are about to share the same frame and give viewers a thrilling journey that's coming on primetime soon.
The project will be helmed by "Life is Beautiful" and "Default" director Choi Gook Hee and he will join forces with "The Devil's Deal" writer Lee Soo Jin, who is in charge to pen the script.
According to the report, the "No Way Out" production is scheduled to begin filming in October and aims to premiere sometime in 2024.

"No Way Out" is Lee Kwang Soo's next series following "The Killer's Shopping List" in 2022. The comedian just had his entertainment show return in "The Zone: Survival Mission" alongside Yoo Jae Suk and SNSD's Yuri.
Kwang Soo also had his big screen comeback through "The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure."
