However, a clip of Kim Nam Gil and the 25-year-old actress sparks buzz on social media after showcasing the "generation gap" between the two.

Kim Nam Gil Got Startled After Seeing Park Yoo Na Do the Cheek Heart Pose

While on their way for an appearance to promote the newly released movie "A Man of Reason," the veteran actor posed in front of the media along with Park Yoo Na.

Showing off his dashing look, Kim Nam Gil waves to the press as he greets everyone with a smile.

On the other hand, Park Yoo Na chose to spice it up and do the cheek heart as she posed for the media.

However, what caught the attention of netizens was how the award-winning actor reacted upon seeing his co-star do the popular cheek heart pose.

Kim Nam Gil got startled after he saw Park Yoo Na curve her hand and put it beside her cheek, making a half-hearted gesture. Although it was popular among Gen Z, it seemed like the veteran star hadn't seen anything like this yet, hence the hilarious reaction.

In a Twitter post that has been gaining thousands of likes and reposts, netizens joked about Kim Nam Gil's reaction as a "typical Ahjussii" response to any Gen Z-related fad.

Others mentioned that the way he jumped was "so funny," saying that this is a lowkey "culture shock" caught on camera.

'A Man of Reason' Cast

As mentioned, Kim Nam Gil and Park Yoo Na both headline the action drama film "A Man of Reason."

Interestingly, the recently premiered film is Jung Woo Sung's directorial debut.

Besides being the director, he is also one of the lead stars, alongside "The Killing Vote" star Park Sung Woong and, of course, Kim Nam Gil.

On the other hand, other familiar faces who joined as supporting cast members are Park Yoo Na, Lee Elijah, and Kim Joon Han.

"A Man of Reason" depicts the story of Soo Hyuk, who was imprisoned for 10 years on behalf of his boss. As he was released from prison, he learned that his daughter got involved in the group that he used to work for.

Wanting to cut ties with the gang and live like a normal person after his prison life, he is being chased by his boss and using his daughter as a hostage.

The only way he could save his daughter was through violence.
