2023 Brand of the Year Awards Announces Winners
The celebrities and their great performances over the past year didn't go to waste as the brightest stars have finally been named at the 2023 Brand of the Year Awards.
It's an annual award ceremony that recognizes the artists that showed their crafts and hard work. The winners are determined through online surveys exclusively in Korean networks.
This year, South Korean netizens cast a total of 8,019,472 votes. Red Velvet Yeri and ASTRO Cha Eunwoo were named the Best Idol Actors of the Year for their performances in "Bitch X Rich" and "Island," respectively.
Meanwhile, Kim So Yeon and Lee Dong Wook received praises as the Best Drama Actors for "Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938."

Real life couple Lim Ji Yeon and Lee Do Hyun, who dominated the OTT platforms, were hailed as OTT Actors of the Year for their performances in "The Glory," "Lies Hidden In My Garden" and more.

Ma Dong Seok and IU, who have curated a flawless filmography themselves, certainly bagged prestigious awards.
The two bright stars were named as the Best Movie Actors this 2023, all thanks to their unrivaled performances in their high-grossing films "The Roundup: No Way Out" and "Broker."
Meanwhile, Chu Young Woo and Jo Ah Ram (formerly known as Gugudan Hyeyeon) captured the attention of the viewers with their dramas "Oasis" and "Doctor Cha," which earned them the Rookie Actors of the Year award.
