2023 MAMA Awards: Public Criticizes Star-Studded Line-up of Presenters— ‘Is that an acting award show?’
The organizers and committee behind the highly anticipated 2023 MAMA Awards have unveiled the list of presenters for the upcoming ceremony.
In a report cited by a media outlet, CJ ENM named the celebrities and public figures who will be gracing the stage to present this year's awards.

Hosted by Park Bo Gum and Jeon Somi, the annual event will take place in the Tokyo Dome and is scheduled for November 28 and 29.
As for the list of 2023 MAMA Awards presenters, the audience will get to see stars from various fields, including music, acting, and even sports.

This includes former skeleton Olympian and "Physical: 100" cast Yun Sung Bin, "Sweet Home" stars Go Min Si and Park Gyu Young, Kim So Hyun, Roh Yoon Seo, Ryu Seung Ryong, Park Eun Bin, Byun Woo Seok, Ahn Jae Hong, Aoki Munetaka, Uhm Jung Hwa, Lee Joon Hyuk, Lee Junho, Lee Je Hoon, "Hospital Playlist" stars Yoo Yeon Seok and Jung Kyung Ho, as well as Joo Hyun Young, Cha Seung Won, Girls' Generation's Sooyoung, Hwang Min Hyun, and more.

Despite the list featuring star-studded celebrities, K-Netz complained that the majority of them were actors.
Others pointed out that personalities in the music industry should be the ones to dominate the lineup since it's a music award after all.
Some even accused the officials of "looking down on singers" and choosing to get actors and actresses as presenters.
The MAMA Awards 2023, or the Mnet Asian Music Awards, are one of the major ceremonies that celebrate and honor the power and artistry of music.
For 2023, the ceremony is themed "One I Born," which emphasizes the premise about "I" and "MAMA" as the beings in the world, which eventually unified as "one."
