Park Shin Hye & Park Hyung Sik Take Break From Exhausting Life
On January 5, JTBC unveiled a cute set of posters for its forthcoming drama "Doctor Slump" featuring Park Shin Hye, Park Hyung Sik, Yoon Park and Gong Sung Ha.
"Doctor Slump" is the newest rom-com drama about two rivals who unexpectedly become one another's light in the darkest period of their lives.
Park Shin Hye plays anesthesiologist Nam Ha Neul while Park Hyung Sik portrays plastic surgeon Yeo Jung Woo. The drama marks their first drama reunion after "The Heirs" in 2013.
Meanwhile, the new drama poster depicts the lead stars as they catch their own breaths on a running track, metaphorically slowing down to take a break from their exhausting life as doctors.

The phrase "There will come a time where you'll need a CPR" is written, hinting at how people get back on track after they stumble on the biggest "slumps" of their lives.

Moreover, character posters were also shared. Firstly, Yeo Jung Woo is introduced as a top-tier doctor with unparalleled skills whose thriving career suddenly plummets due to a medical accident.
Nam Ha Neul, although brilliant at her job, suffers from burnout syndrome. Due to her strictly disciplined life, she doesn't know how to let loose and have fun, causing her life to fall apart.
Yoon Park and Gong Sung Ha join the mix as Nam Ha Neul and Yeo Jung Woo's colleagues. In the show, Yoon Park transforms into Bin Dae Young, a plastic surgeon who loves to show off.
Since medical school, he already has a one-sided rivalry with Yeo Jung Woo. Despite that, he also understands him better than everyone else. Lastly, Lee Hong Ran is played by Gong Sung Ha.
She's Nam Ha Neul's best friend since college. Amidst her chaotic life, she winds up being entangled with Bin Dae Young whom she believed was very different from her.
The quartet, who spend their brightest and darkest hours together, guarantee a worthwhile watching experience this new year through realistic and comforting narratives that will make everyone's heart flutter.
